Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of STRYDE. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

STRYDE is a discipline and productivity platform providing adaptive study planning, quest systems, analytics, and AI-assisted study strategy. STRYDE is a planning and consistency tool — it does not replace teachers, coaching institutes, official syllabi or professional educational guidance, and we make no guarantee of any specific exam result.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared or resold.
• If you are under 18, you should use STRYDE with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

3. Plans and payments

• The Free plan is available indefinitely with limited features.
• Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly in INR through Razorpay.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your Profile. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of verified billing error.
• Prices may change; existing subscribers will be notified at least 15 days before any price change affects them.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to breach, probe or overload the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not attempt to extract, misuse or abuse the AI Intelligence feature, including attempts to make it produce content unrelated to study strategy.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.

5. Your content

Your study data, notes and reflections remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them solely to operate the service for you.

6. AI features

The Intelligence feature generates strategy suggestions using AI. AI output can be imperfect. It is guidance, not professional advice, and should be checked against your own judgement, your teachers and official exam sources.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve; material removals from paid plans will be communicated in advance.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRYDE's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
