Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

STRYDE ("we", "our", "the service") is a discipline and productivity platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled. We built STRYDE for students — including minors — so we hold ourselves to a conservative standard on data.

1. Data we collect

2. How your data is used

3. What we never do

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. API keys and secrets are stored in isolated environment configuration, never in code.

5. Users under 18

STRYDE is designed for students, including users under 18. If you are under 18, you should use STRYDE with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to request access to or deletion of their child's data.

6. Your rights

7. Cookies and local storage

STRYDE uses browser local storage to keep your session and app data available offline. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
